Heidi Weaver-Smith (she/her) is Director of Strategic Partners for CSA. Since 2011, Heidi has served as a mission-driven leader supporting nonprofits through growth and change. Her work is grounded in her faith, a commitment to God’s preferential option for the poor, and her belief in the liberative work of justice Christ embodied. Before coming to CSA, she served in leadership, development, and fundraising roles for various for faith-based organizations, guiding three nonprofits from founding to full operation.
Heidi previously served as Executive Director of Little Bottoms Free Store, a faith-based nonprofit addressing infant mortality and the social determinants of health in Columbus, Ohio’s most under-resourced neighborhoods. She is also the founder and former President of LOVEboldly, a nonprofit that exists to create spaces where LGBTQIA+ people of faith can flourish. Her expertise spans strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, donor cultivation, program and fund development, and strategic partnerships. Heidi holds an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BA in Media Communications from Asbury University and is currently pursuing her CFRE designation. She lives with her spouse, pup, and two daughters in Hamilton, Ontario.
